WA Department of Education

I was commissioned by Rachel Davison Digital Marketing + PR to develop copy for the WA Education Department.

The Department rebranded their high school international education program for government schools in WA, and needed new copy for their website and print collateral. Copy needed to encourage kids from overseas to enrol in one of the many incredible international programs.

My objective was to develop content that resonated with parents and students, so they could easily see why attending a WA high school would be an amazing opportunity. Copy needed to be warm and informative, while resonating with people who speak English as a second language.

The project involved interviewing Principals to develop Fact Sheets on each of the 16 schools participating in the program. The Fact Sheets helped applicants determine which school was right for them, and highlighted their unique features.

Rachel typically works with clients in the arts and music space, but won the tender for this work because, well, she’s bloody good. It was so lovely to work with her on this, as she is a master of behind the scenes communication, which mean I could focus on making words happen.
